Commercially skilled and experienced.
Ambitious and motivated.
A self-starter who doesn't need others to hold him/her accountable.
Able to work together with the current account manager in the UK as well as with Dutch colleagues in an international environment.
Willing to travel both in and outside the UK.

Basic understanding of the horticultural business and trade, preferably commercial experience in the horticultural business.
